About quotations
How do I request a quotation?
Use the Request a Quotation page, the button on any product page, or contact us by phone or WhatsApp. Tell us the products, sizes and quantities you need and the delivery location, and we will respond with options and rates.
What details should I include in my enquiry?
The more specific you can be, the faster we can quote: product names or descriptions, sizes or grades, brand preferences, quantities and units, the site location and when you need the material. If you have a drawing, BOQ or a photo of an existing fitting, attach it to the form.
Can I send a drawing, BOQ or material list?
Yes. The quotation form accepts PDF, image, Excel, Word and CSV files. You can also send a list on WhatsApp once our number is published on the Contact page.
Do you handle bulk and project quantities?
Yes — choose “Bulk / contractor order” or “Project requirement” on the form so the request reaches the right person, and include the full list of items and the expected schedule.
